Short Trip to Malang, East Java ~part 1~


Two weeks ago, on July 10th - 12th 2012 me and my 9 friends went to Malang, 'the city of apple', in East Java . We participated on the Indonesian Agroindustrial Student Leaders Summit (IASLS) 2012 with the agendas like 10th National Congress of FORAGRIN and one day village development . Foragrin stands for 'Forum Agroindustri Indonesia' or Indonesian Forum of Agro-industry . There, we joined the other participants from 4 universities/institutes such as IPB (Bogor Institute of Agriculture), Brawijaya University Malang, Lambung Mangkurat University Banjarmasin, & Trunojoyo University Madura . We also discussed and elected the new executive board of the forum .


So, we departed at 11 PM on Tuesday night (09/07/12) by car and arrived safely in Malang 7 hours later . The first day schedule was the congress itself . Here are some snaps :

I was one of the presidium of the congress by any chance,
along with Wahyu (left-UTM) and Ridha (right-IPB)  
I was also elected to be the member of Foragrin's supervisory board
for the next 2 years!
